Employees at every level.

Duration:

2 days / 4 sessions.

Attendees:

Socially distanced: Min 4 – Max 7.

Location:

Face to face “classroom” delivery at your site.

  • A course workbook for each attendee including a helpful toolkit to support their own mental health.
  • A manual for each attendee to refer to whenever needed back at the workplace.
  • MHFA England accreditation certificate.

  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.
  • Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress.
  • Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening.
  • Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support – whether that’s self-help resources, employee assistance programmes, their GP, other specialist practitioners or a combination.
