Work Wellness Clinical Director Fiona Sanderson

Fiona Sanderson.
BA Occupational Health.  RGN.

Fiona has 25 years experience in delivering occupational health services, wellness assessments and mental health training to clients across the travel, engineering and retail sectors.

Fiona is an NMC Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health Specialist Practitioner Degree and qualifications in Communications and Teaching and Assessing in Clinical Practice.  She is also accredited by MHFA England to deliver their range of mental health first aid training courses.

John Sanderson.
BSc. PhD.

John has extensive senior management experience across; Financial Services, Consulting and Energy Supply in the UK and overseas.

John looks after our policies, systems and processes with an eye on the details which keep the business running smoothly.  John gains such a deep sense of fulfilment from delivering the best possible service to our clients that he joined the business full-time in early 2020.

I see the dedication our Specialist Practitioners have to the wellness of each employee who comes under their care.  Whereas, my first instinct is commercial and in striving to protect the interests of employers I’ve evolved a good understanding of legal and practice standards.   As a team I believe we do a great job of looking after both the employer and their employees.”

Work Wellness Office Dog Norris

Norris.

Norris joined the Work Wellness team in 2018. Born of Guide Dog heritage, we were very proud to welcome him on board! 
 
Norris came to us a withdrawn Canine Partner. With impeccable training and a love of tennis balls and swimming, he has become an invaluable support to us all. Keeping us both active and relaxed, in equal measure!
